How do I ask questions about the workshop?
You can either contact the trainer directly, or ask us a question by clicking here….

What do I need to bring to a workshop?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Also bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable, such as slippers, blankets, pillows, personal objects, art supplies, etc. Some participants like to bring a note pad to document their learnings, or a journal to explore personal insights.

Should I arrive early?
Our workshops intentionally attend to the formal and informal sociometry (or group connection) of each workshop. By arriving 15 minutes or so early, you can nurture those informal connections and make new connections. Getting yourself connected to the other participants, and to the space is part of the enrichment of the experience.

Do the workshops have an agenda that I can see prior to the group?
Although psychodrama and sociometry workshops have a flow to it, they do not typically have an agenda. Psychodrama and sociometry philosophy reminds us that wholeness is found in connecting with the spontaneity of the moment. This spontaneity is attended to in all our workshops and groups. Psychodrama does however, have a certain flow to it, which includes warm-up to the group, the action phase and the sharing phase.
Each time a workshop is offered, the trainer(s) create a workshop plan, paying specific attention to the check in, warm-up and closure of the group. If you are curious about what the plan is for the workshop, please contact the trainer for more information, we will be happy to share.

What is your confidentiality policy in the group?
Each workshop, we will explicitly go over a confidentiality contract within the group. Participants will be invited to share all their learnings and personal insights with whomever they wish, however, they cannot share who attended the workshop, nor anyone else’s story they witnessed in the workshop.

How can psychodrama be done in an online format?
Online psychodrama is certainly different than in person psychodrama, however, you will experience much of the same format - a check in, a warm up, action and sharing. Participants are asked to agree to confidentiality, including having a private space to attend the online group. The only way to know if this would work for you is to attend one of our workshops!
